Manuel Torres Félix, also known as "El Ondeado," was a high-ranking member of the Sinaloa Cartel in Mexico. He was born on February 28, 1958, in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico. Torres Félix gained notoriety as a key lieutenant for the cartel under the leadership of Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán.
Throughout his criminal career, Torres Félix was involved in drug trafficking, money laundering, and other illegal activities. He was known for his violent tactics and was implicated in various acts of violence, including the murder of several rival cartel members.
Manuel Torres Félix was eventually arrested by Mexican authorities in 2012 and was extradited to the United States to face drug trafficking charges. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison for his involvement in the Sinaloa Cartel. In 2017, he was found dead in his prison cell under mysterious circumstances, leading to speculation about the possible involvement of rival cartels or corruption within the prison system.
